ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Talia Harris! I am a Senior at Watkinson School in Hartford Ct. I am passionate about Global Studies and issues worldwide, and the work we can do now to overcome these problems. I am a two-sport varsity athlete. I love learning about different cultures, international relations, and how the world is interconnected. Balancing academics and sports keeps me busy, but I thrive on challenges and learning as much as possible. At school, I am involved in many clubs. I  attended the L'taken Social Justice Seminar and participated in the RAC Teen Justice Fellowship. I also had the opportunity to be a part of Kumi, a fellowship for Jewish teens of color.  I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to be a member of Global Studies and can't wait to apply what I learn to my daily life!
